Enabling the inspection to efficiently locate CUI with maximum rage and minimum cost of removing insulation.

Inspecting and Scanning the pipes without stripping Insulation.

(3)Quantitative Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Testing(QEUT):

Quantifying corrosion depth precisely from pipe’s wall and displaying corrosion mapping as well.

(4)Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing(PAUT):

Corrosion mapping and defect depth quantifying are allowed when inspecting inner wall.

(5)Metallographic Sampling: Grinding, Polishing the surface and copying sample to inspect equipment’s microstructure than evaluate where creep or crack would take place using microscope.
